Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Branding Consultant to help businesses define, refine, and communicate their unique brand identity. You’ll work with clients to understand their business, values, and vision, creating personalized branding strategies that stand out. You’ll assist with the creation of clear and consistent messaging that speaks to target audiences and fosters brand loyalty. You’ll help clients develop a strong visual identity, including logo design, color palettes, and typography, to ensure brand recognition. You’ll create cohesive brand guidelines that ensure consistent messaging and design across all platforms and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with clients to develop brand stories that effectively communicate who they are and why they matter. You’ll develop visual branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and fonts, that reflect the brand’s personality and tone. You’ll support businesses with rebranding efforts, ensuring a smooth transition while retaining core brand elements. You’ll assess and improve clients’ current branding strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas to innovate.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help clients avoid shallow branding—go beyond just visuals and focus on what makes them unique and memorable.
• Offer ongoing consulting as needed—brand isn’t static, and you’ll help adapt it as markets or products evolve.
• Deliver presentations, Loom walkthroughs, or PDF summaries that explain strategy clearly and persuasively.
• Guide clients through the process of refining or building brand guidelines—fonts, colors, logos, tone, and application rules.
• Above all, help brands show up in the world with clarity, confidence, and cohesion—because great branding builds trust.

Preferred:

• Familiar with branding across digital touchpoints — websites, social media, packaging, and email.
• Pays attention to competitor positioning and helps clients stand out authentically.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for brand asset creation.
• Values clarity, emotional connection, and long-term brand equity.
• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Strategist, Creative Director, or Fractional CMO.
