Description:

We’re hiring a creative Figma Designer to help us create innovative and engaging digital experiences for our clients. You’ll be responsible for crafting wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to bring design concepts to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to create visually compelling designs. You’ll ensure that designs are on-brand, intuitive, and aligned with the project’s objectives and goals. You’ll create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows for client presentations or user testing. You’ll stay updated with the latest trends in design, incorporating new techniques, tools, and best practices into your workflow. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback, refining and improving user interfaces to meet client needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn wireframes and requirements into polished UI mockups and clickable prototypes.
• Help build or evolve a design system—ensuring buttons, inputs, cards, and layouts are cohesive and reusable.
• Support handoffs by creating detailed style guides, component documentation, and written notes for developers.
• Help QA designs post-development—comparing live implementations to mockups and flagging mismatches.
• Create and manage shared libraries of components, color tokens, typography scales, and other design assets across projects or brands.

Preferred:

• Familiar with using Figma plugins to speed up workflows or add functionality.
• Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-rich, and detail-oriented creative environment.
• Knows how to follow and contribute to brand guidelines or design systems.
• Understands component naming conventions and structured layer organization.
• Able to work independently or as part of a remote design team.
