Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who’s ready to start fresh — no experience required, just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people feel welcome. You’ll be trained on how to greet guests, take orders, carry trays, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar. You’ll start by shadowing experienced staff and slowly take on more tables as your confidence grows. You’ll learn the menu, including ingredients and common allergens, so you can answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. You’ll learn the menu thoroughly so you can explain dishes, suggest pairings, and answer allergy or ingredient questions with confidence. You’ll be shown how to carry plates, handle drinks, and deliver food safely and professionally. You’ll help clear tables, reset them quickly, and keep the dining area looking clean and inviting. You’ll follow hygiene and safety guidelines, keeping your station and service areas clean and organized at all times. You’ll process payments quickly and accurately, handle split checks, and ensure guests leave satisfied and appreciated.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
• Stay familiar with the full menu—including drinks, desserts, and seasonal items—to provide great recommendations.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout your shift.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.

Preferred:

• Thrives in energetic, people-focused environments with teamwork and fast-paced service.
• Comfortable working under time pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
• Willing to refill drinks, clear plates promptly, and check in without being intrusive.
• Pays attention to body language and customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
