Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Figma Designer to join our team and design intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate with product teams, UX designers, and developers to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also functional. You’ll be tasked with maintaining design consistency across all projects by developing design systems and reusable components in Figma. You’ll create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows for client presentations or user testing. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and user testing, ensuring continuous improvement in design quality. You’ll ensure that all your designs are responsive, accessible, and adaptable to different devices, including desktop and mobile.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use Figma features like variants, interactive components, and constraints to build scalable, responsive designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn wireframes and requirements into polished UI mockups and clickable prototypes.
• Ultimately, use Figma not just as a tool, but as a creative space to build interfaces people actually love using.
• Test your designs across breakpoints, screen sizes, and devices using Figma’s preview tools and best practices.
• Maintain clean, well-structured Figma files—labeling layers, grouping elements, and organizing pages for easy handoff and teamwork.

Preferred:

• Knows how to follow and contribute to brand guidelines or design systems.
• Open to design critiques and capable of explaining rationale behind UI decisions.
• Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-rich, and detail-oriented creative environment.
• Background or interest in product design, UX/UI, digital branding, or web design.
• Comfortable building interactive prototypes and micro-interactions directly in Figma.
