Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows how to build trust, start conversations, and form lasting creator relationships. You’ll be the first point of contact between our brand and influencers — introducing who we are and why we want to collaborate. You’ll reach out with purpose — no mass emails, just thoughtful, researched messages that show we value creators. You’ll research influencers’ content, engagement, and community tone before ever saying hello. You’ll craft messages that show we’ve done our homework and actually care about collaborating, not just promoting. You’ll work closely with marketing to ensure influencer collaborations align with ongoing campaigns and brand goals. You’ll write briefs that are clear and respectful of creators’ time, while still aligned with brand goals. You’ll negotiate campaign terms, manage communication timelines, and set clear expectations for deliverables. You’ll also help develop influencer briefs and ensure the content created aligns with campaign goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document repetitive tasks and help build streamlined systems that can scale as the store grows.
• Assist in setting up or optimizing email flows and automations (e.g., abandoned cart emails, thank-you notes, delivery updates).
• Manage product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy—adding descriptions, pricing, variants, and optimized images.
• Support paid campaign setup by preparing product feeds, landing pages, and checking for errors pre-launch.
• Respond to refund requests, complaints, or chargebacks with professionalism, aiming to retain customer goodwill.

Preferred:

• Values efficiency, detail, and great customer experience in every order.
• Understands how to tag and categorize products for easy navigation and discovery.
• Eager to grow into roles like Store Manager, Product Researcher, or Marketing Assistant.
• Understands the importance of fast response time and reliable fulfillment.
