Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Digital Illustrator to join our team and bring visually stunning artwork to life. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed, high-quality illustrations for websites, social media posts, advertisements, and more. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure your illustrations align with overall brand and campaign strategies. You’ll use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other illustration software to create polished and professional designs. You’ll create illustrations for a variety of uses, including web graphics, infographics, character designs, and marketing collateral. You’ll adapt your illustration style to match the tone and goals of each project, ensuring it meets client specifications. You’ll ensure that all illustrations are scalable, properly formatted, and optimized for use across various platforms. You’ll work closely with art directors and project managers, offering creative input and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Develop moodboards, style guides, or concept sketches during the early phase of creative development.
• Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Photoshop, or Clip Studio Paint to develop illustrations in both raster and vector formats.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are reflected in the visual language—diverse characters, clear storytelling, and intentional choices.
• Maintain organized file structures, layer naming, and version control for easier collaboration and future editing.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic across campaigns or products while still allowing space for creative variation.

Preferred:

• Values originality, clarity, and impact in their visual work.
• Enjoys creating meaningful visuals that connect emotionally with audiences.
• Can prepare final files with proper naming, resolution, and export settings.
• Can adapt style depending on the target audience, client, or platform requirements.
• Comfortable illustrating in various formats — from print-ready files to web-optimized graphics.
