Description:

We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring fresh, innovative designs to life. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning visual content for digital and print platforms that reflect our brand identity. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to design high-impact visual assets that align with our overall brand strategy. You’ll develop graphics that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and reinforcing our brand values. You’ll work with brand guidelines to ensure that all designs are consistent and align with the company’s vision and voice. You’ll design logos, icons, and other visual elements that are easily recognizable and help strengthen the brand’s presence. You’ll assist with designing promotional materials like flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring they reflect our visual style. You’ll create engaging visuals that drive customer interaction and enhance the overall user experience across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in reviews, give constructive feedback to peers, and receive critiques with openness and curiosity.
• Communicate async via tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, or Loom—remote design is about clarity, not just creativity.
• Stay organized with file naming, folder structure, and version control—your files should be a joy to open.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email, print, and digital ads—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Ensure accessibility and usability in all designs—contrast, font size, readability, and responsive behavior.

Preferred:

• Excited to grow into roles like Brand Designer, UI Designer, or Art Director.
• Able to follow briefs and turn rough ideas into polished visuals.
• Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-friendly, and remote-first environment.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.
• Open to learning new tools, plugins, or trends to improve workflow.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the designs meet the specific needs and goals of each project. You’ll produce final designs, preparing them for digital publishing, printing, and other uses as needed. You’ll track design projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining design integrity. You’ll assist in maintaining the company’s visual identity, ensuring all materials are consistent and brand-appropriate. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while working with a creative, fast-paced team.
