Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows how to build meaningful partnerships, not just send mass emails. You’ll be responsible for sourcing influencers who match our niche, vibe, and campaign objectives — from micro to macro. Your outreach style is warm, intentional, and custom — no cookie-cutter pitches here. You’ll research creators' content, tone, and community to ensure a natural fit before reaching out. You’ll craft messages that are warm, personal, and relevant, increasing our chances of landing real conversations. You’ll track responses, follow up strategically, and keep clear records of all conversations in our CRM or tracker. You’ll write briefs that are clear and respectful of creators’ time, while still aligned with brand goals. You know how to spot authentic engagement vs. You’ll also help develop influencer briefs and ensure the content created aligns with campaign goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle small tasks as needed—creating discount banners, updating announcements, or assisting during peak sales periods.
• Test website functionality regularly—checking links, buttons, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
• Track and manage review requests or import reviews using apps like Loox or Judge.me to boost credibility.
• Communicate clearly and reliably with store owners, marketers, or designers as needed.
• Continuously look for ways to improve product pages, fulfillment flow, or customer experience.

Preferred:

• Comfortable editing product images using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Familiar with customer service practices and able to respond to inquiries professionally.
• Basic understanding of how dropshipping works, from supplier to customer delivery.
• Pays attention to product details like pricing, variants, and inventory levels.
• Able to write persuasive product descriptions optimized for SEO and conversions.

You’ll play a key role in growing our online presence through real human connections — not paid ads.
