Description:

We’re looking for a Psychology / Coaching Trainee who’s passionate about human growth, mindset shifts, and helping people unlock their full potential — no experience needed, just empathy and a deep curiosity about how people think and grow. You’ll work alongside certified professionals to assist in creating personalized coaching plans, goal-mapping tools, and reflection-based tasks. We’ll teach you how to observe with care, listen actively, and ask questions that help people find their own answers. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to collaborate with coaches and psychologists to co-create safe, judgment-free spaces for personal reflection. You’ll learn to create worksheets, weekly check-ins, and follow-up messages that encourage accountability. You’ll help research and summarize strategies from CBT, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. You’ll also help design daily routines, affirmations, and productivity tools that clients can use between sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use real-life scenarios, exercises, and storytelling to keep sessions engaging and practical.
• Track your own growth as a coach—self-awareness is part of the job.
• Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.
• Model emotional intelligence, active listening, and calm presence in every interaction.
• Maintain detailed notes while respecting confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
