Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who knows how to combine technique with creativity — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps clients discover what truly suits them. You’ll provide personalized haircuts, coloring, and styling services tailored to the client’s goals and comfort level. You’ll consult with clients before every service to understand their goals and offer expert guidance on shape, tone, and maintenance. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring your tools, station, and equipment are always ready for the next guest. You’ll help build long-term relationships by remembering details, following up after big changes, and creating a welcoming experience. You’ll maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation and safety protocols with consistency and care. You’ll work alongside other stylists in a friendly, collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and good energy are part of the culture. You’ll manage your schedule, respect client time, and handle appointments efficiently with the support of our front desk team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay calm under pressure during busy hours or demanding clients.
• Color, bleach, highlight, or tone hair while maintaining hair health and achieving the right shade.
• Handle walk-ins and scheduled appointments efficiently to reduce wait times.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle, color, and overall hair goals.
• Listen closely—sometimes the client just needs to feel seen and heard.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to detail when creating precise lines, layers, or custom looks.
• Comfortable providing consultations and understanding client needs before beginning a service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of scalp health, haircare routines, and post-treatment advice.
• Enjoys helping people feel confident and look their best through personalized styling.
