Description:
We’re hiring a Remote HR Coordinator to be the backbone of our HR operations, handling recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. You’ll handle the day-to-day administrative HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our remote workforce. You’ll be the point of contact for employees, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and career development. You’ll handle administrative tasks like maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and supporting payroll processes. You’ll help track employee data, manage attendance, and assist with payroll and benefits administration. You’ll assist with employee performance reviews and personal development plans, helping employees achieve their full potential. You’ll assist in building employee engagement programs, working to enhance satisfaction and retention within the team. You’ll coordinate internal communications and act as the point of contact for all HR-related questions. You’ll help manage the company’s benefit programs, ensuring employees have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, directing employees to the right resources or escalating when needed.
- Assist with performance review cycles—sending reminders, tracking submissions, and compiling feedback when needed.
- Be proactive—flag recurring issues, identify process gaps, and suggest solutions, not just problems.
- Assist with remote learning initiatives by coordinating access to training platforms, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.
- Ensure all time-off requests, sick leaves, and employment changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Preferred:
- Pays attention to tone and clarity when writing internal emails or Slack messages.
- Proactive about solving small issues before they become bigger problems.
- Excited to support a growing, remote-first team and ensure smooth HR logistics.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and hiring managers remotely.
- Can manage calendars, send timely reminders, and help facilitate smooth interview flows.
