Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our gig listings, ensuring they’re optimized for maximum exposure and success. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll craft compelling gig titles, descriptions, and tags that attract the right customers and improve our ranking in search results. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and implement best practices to ensure our profile stays relevant. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll identify trends, analyze competitors, and find new ways to differentiate our services and gain an edge over the competition. You’ll collaborate with marketing to design and implement special offers, discounts, or package deals to increase engagement. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond with flexibility—some clients are detailed, others vague, and your role is to guide them to clarity.
• Make each client feel like your only client—even when juggling dozens. Professionalism builds return business.
• Keep visual assets fresh—thumbnails, banners, and videos that match current trends and buyer expectations.
• Coordinate revisions, delivery timelines, and scope expectations to ensure high satisfaction and five-star reviews.
• Collect and display reviews, testimonials, or portfolio pieces that build trust and credibility.

Preferred:

• Capable of resolving disputes calmly or escalating to Fiverr support when needed.
• Comfortable writing clear, compelling gig titles, descriptions, and FAQs.
• Can design gig thumbnails and banners that attract clicks and reflect the brand.
• Comfortable taking initiative to suggest new services, bundles, or seasonal promotions.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
