Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s eager to turn ideas into engaging visual and audio content — no experience needed, just passion, focus, and a desire to create. You’ll support the team in brainstorming, scripting, and shaping content for various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Instagram. We’ll teach you how to handle every part of the production process — from planning and filming to editing and publishing. You’ll help shoot interviews, record voiceovers, mix audio, or animate transitions depending on the project needs. Expect to work with multiple formats — from vertical social videos to full-length podcasts or cinematic promos. You’ll get comfortable using tools like Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, Audacity, or CapCut for editing and refinement. We’ll guide you through structuring short-form content, intro hooks, pacing, and audience retention techniques. You’ll assist in sound mixing, beat matching, and basic mastering for music or voiceover-based content. You’ll participate in feedback rounds, learning how to refine edits based on creative direction and client needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Jump into unexpected tasks—from sound mixing to storyboarding—when the project needs a hand.
• Balance creative ambition with logistical reality—you can’t shoot a volcano if there’s no volcano.
• Keep project documentation and file structures organized so nothing gets lost in the chaos.
• Maintain quality across multiple projects running at once without dropping the ball.
• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.

Preferred:

• Willing to produce original content or assist in brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, or client work.
• Values creativity, collaboration, and consistency in bringing ideas to life.
• Pays attention to story arc, tone, pacing, and engagement when reviewing final outputs.
• Able to communicate effectively with creative, technical, and marketing stakeholders.
• Can manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
