You’ll prepare treatment rooms, sterilize tools, and anticipate every need like a true professional. You’ll keep everything clean, organized, and ready — because great dentistry starts with great preparation. You’ll treat every patient like family — whether they’re coming in for a cleaning or something more complex. Your attention to detail means no tool is out of place and no note is missed in the chart. Your role may not always be in the spotlight, but it’s felt in every smooth procedure and every grateful goodbye. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a complex procedure, you’ll support the process with confidence and care.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help maintain dental equipment such as autoclaves, suction systems, curing lights, and chairs—reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Support pediatric or special needs patients with extra care and attention during exams or procedures.
• Ultimately, help deliver smooth, efficient, and caring dental visits that build trust and promote long-term oral health.
• Assist in creating a safe, professional, and positive environment that patients feel comfortable returning to.
• Stay updated with CPR certification, dental assistant training, and continuing education to maintain licensure and improve skills.

Preferred:

• Familiar with OSHA and HIPAA regulations and follows them consistently.
• Capable of supporting both general and specialty procedures such as orthodontics or oral surgery.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment focused on quality care and organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills to help patients feel at ease before and during treatment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced practice with multiple patients and priorities.
