Description:

We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring fresh, innovative designs to life. You’ll be responsible for designing digital content, including social media posts, web elements, and email marketing materials. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. You’ll design and develop a variety of assets, including logos, social media posts, website elements, and promotional graphics. You’ll be involved in creating layouts, typography, and iconography for web and mobile platforms to improve user experience. You’ll design logos, icons, and other visual elements that are easily recognizable and help strengthen the brand’s presence. You’ll help develop digital content, including website elements, banners, and social media graphics that are optimized for various platforms. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with developers or content teams to ensure design handoff is clean and understandable.
• Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system, component libraries, and brand asset kits.
• Handle light copy adjustments when needed (e.g., spacing, tone tweaks) and flag issues that impact design balance.
• Work within timelines, budgets, and file specs without compromising on design integrity.
• Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently—iterating quickly without sacrificing creativity.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency in all assets.
• Can manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Able to create on-brand assets that communicate clearly and aesthetically.
• Has a portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
• Can design marketing materials such as banners, ads, presentations, and social templates.
