AmberTrail Recruitment Corp.
3 000 XCD per month
Description:
We’re searching for a Digital Product Designer who blends aesthetic intuition with user-first thinking — someone who sees design as a tool for clarity, not decoration. You’re someone who gets excited about clean flows, intuitive interfaces, and elegant interactions that feel almost invisible when done right. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring features to life with interfaces that are not only beautiful but highly functional. From wireframes to hi-fi mockups, from user research to final polish, you know how to own the entire design process — and you’re not afraid to ask questions along the way. You design with systems in mind but never forget the human on the other end of the screen. You're thoughtful with your decisions and can explain *why* something works, not just *how* it looks. You bring a mix of big-picture thinking and pixel-perfect execution, balancing stakeholder input, technical constraints, and the realities of timelines without sacrificing design integrity. You bring ideas to the table, but you also listen deeply, ask smart questions, and adapt fast when goals shift.
Basic Qualifications:
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data insights, and internal reviews—perfection is a process, not a destination.
- Be proactive in identifying UX issues and suggesting improvements even outside your immediate tasks.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Support brand evolution by aligning product visuals with marketing and identity guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
Preferred:
- Has contributed to the design of real-world digital products, either freelance or in-house.
- Familiar with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI structures.
- Values design ethics, clarity, and consistency across the user journey.
- Pays attention to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Understands responsive design and how interfaces adapt across devices.
Benefits:
- Cross-functional teams with real trust — PMs, devs, and designers work as equals.
- Collaborate with engineers who *want* your feedback, not avoid it.
- Weekly design critiques that are constructive, not crushing.
- We prototype fast, test fast, and iterate — no eternal Figma limbo.
- You’ll work on real features that ship, not endless redesigns of the login page.
You keep the user in mind at every step, validating your choices through data, testing, or just sharp instinct. Whether you’re refining a core experience or experimenting with something brand new, you care about the "why" behind every design decision. If you've ever lost track of time making a user flow feel *just right*, we want to hear from you. Let’s design products that aren’t just usable — they’re loved. Let’s make things people enjoy using — not just tolerate. ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
