Description:

We’re seeking a Fashion Designer who doesn’t just follow trends — but defines them through vision, silhouette, and emotion. You’ll lead the design of collections that are visually striking, brand-relevant, and emotionally resonant. You’ll conduct deep research across fashion history, art, architecture, and social movements to inform your creative direction. We’ll rely on your ability to research materials, experiment with textures, and translate abstract ideas into garments that feel modern and refined. You’ll collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure construction reflects your vision in movement and on the body. You’ll collaborate with fabric developers, pattern makers, and stylists to execute each piece with clarity and precision. Your process should balance innovation and discipline — knowing when to push and when to pare back. You’ll contribute to moodboards, print direction, and silhouette research for seasonal refreshes or capsule drops. We expect you to think beyond the garment — considering how each piece photographs, moves, and fits into a complete narrative.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure garments meet ethical and sustainable production standards where possible.
• Bring your passion for fashion to everything you do—the energy shows in the final collection.
• Balance creativity with commercial viability—what looks good must also sell and scale.
• Design seasonal lines with a clear concept, story, and cohesive aesthetic.
• Stay up to date on fashion trends, cultural influences, and market demand to inform future collections.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to fit, proportions, stitching, and finishing details.
• Can sketch ideas both digitally and by hand to communicate creative direction.
• Organized in managing seasonal timelines, collection calendars, and line sheets.
• Able to design across categories such as womenswear, menswear, accessories, or athleisure.
• Comfortable preparing tech packs, spec sheets, and production-ready documentation for manufacturers.
