Description:
We’re hiring a Remote HR Coordinator to help streamline our HR operations and provide support to employees across multiple time zones. You’ll play an essential role in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and helping to select top talent. You’ll assist with onboarding, making sure new employees are set up for success and feel welcomed into the team. You’ll handle employee documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with compliance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll coordinate benefits administration, answer employee questions, and help them navigate their options. You’ll help implement HR policies and work closely with team leads to support the ongoing development of our workforce. You’ll be an advocate for a positive work environment, facilitating employee engagement and addressing concerns as they arise. You’ll assist with benefits administration, helping employees understand their options and navigating health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. You’ll track and report on HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with payroll or finance to support salary updates, benefit enrollments, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, directing employees to the right resources or escalating when needed.
- Support remote onboarding workflows by preparing checklists, provisioning accounts, and ensuring new hires feel welcome from day one.
- Assist with remote learning initiatives by coordinating access to training platforms, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.
- Help implement DEI initiatives by tracking participation, gathering feedback, and supporting communication efforts.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling employee records and deadlines.
- Can work independently and prioritize tasks without micromanagement.
- Experience organizing virtual events like welcome calls, team introductions, or training sessions.
- Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, scheduling interviews, or managing documentation.
- Organized, discreet, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
