Description:

We’re hiring a motivated and resourceful Remote Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop a recruiting strategy. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. You’ll ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly, providing a seamless experience for candidates from start to finish. You’ll ensure that all hiring activities are aligned with the company’s values, culture, and growth objectives. You’ll help with negotiating offers, ensuring that candidates understand the role, compensation, and benefits offered.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ultimately, help great people find their place in great teams—no matter where they are in the world.
• Support employer branding initiatives by sharing company culture, remote work values, and growth stories across platforms.
• Help optimize or document hiring processes, templates, and internal communication workflows.
• Suggest process improvements and tech tools to streamline sourcing, screening, or scheduling.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, providing updates and prompt responses to questions.

Preferred:

• Able to maintain accurate records, notes, and candidate status updates within ATS.
• Can help build talent pools and proactively reach out to passive candidates.
• Can handle high-volume recruitment and prioritize based on urgency and business goals.
• Willing to give and receive feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates professionally.
