Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who understands that great design isn’t just visual — it’s how a space makes you feel, think, and behave. You’ll lead design projects from concept development through execution, focusing on both aesthetic excellence and functional outcomes. You’ll create layouts, finishes palettes, and 3D visualizations that reflect the unique goals and personalities of each client. You’ll interpret client goals into cohesive spatial experiences, weaving together light, material, texture, and proportion. You’ll select furniture, finishes, lighting, textures, and materials with both style and performance in mind. You’ll oversee material selection, furniture curation, and lighting strategy, making sure each decision supports the bigger story. You’ll attend site walkthroughs, adapt to on-site realities, and ensure every detail meets your standards. You’ll present your work with clarity and confidence, backing each choice with logic, emotion, or both. You’ll help define visual standards for spatial branding and contribute to systems that scale across locations or product lines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design with emotion—spaces should tell stories, create comfort, and inspire those who live or work in them.
• Deliver spaces that reflect both your creative touch and the client's personality.
• Balance color palettes, textures, and lighting to create cohesive atmospheres.
• Manage timelines and budgets across multiple ongoing projects.
• Prepare documentation including floor plans, elevations, and materials lists.

Preferred:

• Capable of adjusting concepts to accommodate lighting conditions, spatial constraints, or structural challenges.
• Thrives in collaborative, client-focused environments where design solutions come to life.
• Background or strong passion in interior design, architecture, spatial planning, or environmental design.
• Enjoys transforming interiors into environments that inspire comfort, productivity, or emotion.
• Experience designing residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors with attention to both aesthetics and functionality.

You should be comfortable with tools like SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and hand sketching when needed. You’ll contribute to internal concept development and push the team’s creative boundaries with fresh ideas and strong execution. You should be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
