Description:

We’re looking for a Newsletter Copywriter who can turn ordinary updates into engaging, click-worthy stories that spark interest and drive action. You know how to make a subject line pop without sounding spammy, and how to carry that momentum into thoughtful, brand-aligned copy that feels personal — not promotional. Your job is part writer, part storyteller, and part strategist, using your words to keep readers informed, inspired, and connected to the brand. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to align each newsletter with campaign goals, seasonal trends, and brand tone. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and design to make sure every send supports larger campaign goals while delivering value in its own right. You’re someone who understands how to build anticipation, create urgency without pressure, and write CTAs that convert without sounding like a sales pitch.

Basic Qualifications:

• Test A/B variations of headlines, CTAs, and content blocks to continuously improve performance.
• Track newsletter performance (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.) and use data to improve content decisions.
• Collaborate with designers to make sure layout and visuals enhance, not distract from, the message.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align newsletter content with campaigns, launches, or seasonal moments.
• Continuously look for new angles, stories, or formats to keep content fresh and prevent "newsletter fatigue".

Preferred:

• Understands the value of consistency in tone, timing, and design.
• Able to proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Experience writing email newsletters, campaigns, or marketing content.
• Keeps up with newsletter trends, formats, and strategies used by successful brands.
• Knows how to write compelling subject lines and preview text that increase open rates.
