Description:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and increasing engagement with our audience. You’ll oversee daily posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and messaging while resonating with the target audience. You’ll track and analyze performance data, adjusting content and strategies based on engagement metrics and user feedback. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns and social media efforts are aligned with broader business goals. You’ll engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and managing online community interactions. You’ll manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and driving conversions across platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Manage multiple accounts or regions when needed, ensuring cohesive messaging with localized nuance.
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook using tools like Buffer or Later.
- Ultimately, turn followers into fans, fans into customers, and customers into a community.
- Create internal guidelines or SOPs for voice, visuals, and platform usage as the brand evolves.
- Coordinate with influencers or UGC creators to repurpose content or run co-branded promotions.
Preferred:
- Understands how to create platform-specific content strategies based on audience behavior.
- Familiar with trends, meme culture, and how to leverage viral moments for brand visibility.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.
- Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Can develop strategies for product launches, brand awareness, or user-generated content.
