Description:
We’re hiring a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring appointments are organized and never missed. You’ll assist with email management, helping to prioritize and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner. You’ll handle data entry tasks, organizing files, and keeping records up-to-date and accessible for the team. You’ll assist with research tasks, gathering information on various topics to support business initiatives. You’ll assist with organizing travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing detailed itineraries for business trips. You’ll assist with managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers. You’ll help organize company events, meetings, and webinars, ensuring that all logistics are planned and executed smoothly. You’ll assist with creating presentations, reports, and other materials to support the team’s objectives and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Update websites, social bios, or online profiles with fresh content or links if requested.
- Communicate updates clearly and proactively—remote work relies on visibility and trust.
- Help streamline workflows by suggesting time-saving tools or tactics you’ve learned.
- Support basic customer service by replying to common queries, routing messages, or managing contact forms.
- Test tools or platforms before rollout to catch potential issues and offer user feedback.
Preferred:
- Capable of tracking tasks and progress using project management platforms.
- Experience preparing reports, summaries, or presentations from raw data is a plus.
- Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Willing to learn new skills or tools to better support the client’s workflow.
- Flexible with time zones and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
