Description:

We’re hiring a Financial Analyst Trainee who’s eager to turn data into insight and numbers into strategy — no experience required, just strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail. You’ll help collect financial data, organize reports, and assist in preparing dashboards used by key stakeholders. We’ll teach you how to analyze trends, compare budgets vs. You’ll assist in forecasting revenue, tracking expenses, and helping managers stay on top of their budgets. You’ll support the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports used by leadership to assess progress. We’ll guide you through working with real-world financial tools like NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel. You’ll learn how financial planning connects to hiring, operations, product launches, and long-term goals. You’ll help maintain financial dashboards that leadership uses to track growth, efficiency, and targets. We’ll show you how to create dashboards and summary reports that simplify complex financial insights. You’ll also learn how to document assumptions, keep models organized, and spot red flags in raw financial reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• Evaluate investment opportunities, product margins, or market expansions using data-driven analysis.

Preferred:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a background in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• Proficient in Excel with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Able to explain financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Can build dashboards, reports, and pitch decks for internal or client-facing use.
• Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments with strategic impact.
