We’re hiring a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who understands that the best marketing feels like a conversation, not a pitch. You’ll identify and connect with influencers who genuinely align with our brand’s message and vision. Your mission is to craft personalized outreach that feels bespoke, not automated. You’ll research each influencer’s content and audience to ensure we’re approaching the right people in the right way. You’ll keep a tight system for managing communication stages — from cold intros to signed agreements. You’ll align with our content and growth teams to make sure collaborations happen at the right time and with the right message. You’ll support creators throughout the process — briefing them, checking in, and making sure deliverables meet expectations. You understand that the best partnerships are built on transparency, respect, and mutual inspiration. You’ll track performance metrics for each collaboration and help us learn what truly drives engagement and conversions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow up consistently with influencers—without being annoying—to move collaborations forward and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure influencer posts go live on time and align with key dates.
• Work with marketing teams to align influencer efforts with broader campaign goals, launches, or seasonal pushes.
• Celebrate strong partnerships—send thank-yous, feature their content, and keep top influencers in the loop for future work.
• Respond to influencer questions quickly and clearly—setting expectations around timelines, content formats, and approvals.

Preferred:

• Open to iterating on outreach strategies and improving pitch templates based on results.
• Organized with content calendars, deadlines, and status tracking across multiple campaigns.
• Can handle follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling promotional content timelines.
• Knows how to research influencers based on niche, engagement rate, and follower quality.
• Experience reaching out to influencers or content creators via email or DM.

You’re adept at managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of your outreach. You’ll use tools like Notion, Airtable, or Influencity to manage workflows and scale results. You’ll continuously test and improve outreach tactics based on what’s working and what’s not. You’ll experiment with outreach timing, tone, and formats to increase response rates and deal quality. You’re not afraid of rejection, inbox silence, or trying again with a new approach.
