Description:

We’re looking for a Web Designer Trainee who’s eager to bring websites to life — no experience needed, just visual thinking, digital curiosity, and a passion for crafting user-friendly interfaces. You’ll assist in designing landing pages, UI components, and layouts under the guidance of senior designers. We’ll teach you the fundamentals of layout, contrast, spacing, and how to create balance across a page. You’ll learn how to structure web content with clarity, balancing whitespace, typography, and visual flow. Expect to collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and clear design handoffs. You’ll get familiar with tools like Figma, Webflow, or Adobe Creative Suite to build layouts and explore design ideas. We’ll guide you through best practices in responsive design so your work looks great on any device. You’ll assist in organizing design files, preparing assets, and contributing to brand consistency across web pages. We’ll help you gather feedback from users or stakeholders and adjust your designs accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop with pixel-perfect precision.
• Communicate clearly with remote or cross-functional teams about priorities and expectations.
• Use prototypes to demonstrate interactions, transitions, and user flow.
• Help optimize load times by creating lightweight assets and considering performance in your design.
