We’re hiring a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s passionate about storytelling, sound, and visuals — no professional experience needed, just creativity, drive, and a love for content in motion. You’ll assist in developing scripts, music cues, visual plans, and production timelines for different types of content. We’ll teach you how to structure stories, set up gear, and build timelines that keep projects on track. You’ll help film short-form content, set up microphones, and work with lighting for different moods and scenes. Expect to work across content types: music videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes reels, vlogs, and branded content. You’ll get comfortable using tools like Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, Audacity, or CapCut for editing and refinement. We’ll guide you through planning and storyboarding, helping you understand how content flows and hooks viewers. You’ll assist in sound mixing, beat matching, and basic mastering for music or voiceover-based content. You’ll also learn how to optimize exports and formats depending on each platform’s unique requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee shoots or recording sessions, making sure everything stays on track and on message.
• Support talent on-set or in-studio by keeping the vibe positive and the vision clear.
• Deliver polished, platform-ready assets optimized for YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, or wherever the content lives.
• Work hands-on with editing—video, audio, or music—if you have the chops, or guide post-production teams if not.
• Brainstorm fresh formats and concepts that align with the brand and audience interests.

Preferred:

• Understands how to brief editors, musicians, or animators with clarity and constructive feedback.
• Knows how to translate ideas or briefs into clear production plans and executable formats.
• Willing to produce original content or assist in brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, or client work.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Creative Director, or Head of Content.
• Comfortable managing content production across physical and virtual settings (remote teams or studio shoots).
