We’re looking for a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s ready to start a sky-high career in service, safety, and travel — no prior experience required, just professionalism, adaptability, and a warm, calm presence under pressure. You’ll learn how to assist passengers throughout the flight journey, from check-in support to final landing procedures. We’ll train you in safety briefings, medical response, and how to remain composed in a variety of in-flight scenarios. You’ll assist with passenger seating, overhead storage, and pre-departure routines that set the tone for the flight. Expect to handle a mix of routine and unexpected — from coffee requests to handling anxious passengers during turbulence. You’ll be taught how to deliver safety briefings, serve food and drinks, and manage special passenger requests. We’ll show you how to work within tight schedules, follow flight protocols, and support your team with clear communication. You’ll gain knowledge of international routes, cross-cultural etiquette, and how to make every passenger feel welcome. We’ll teach you international service etiquette, brand standards, and how to adapt your tone for different passenger profiles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Serve food and beverages while accommodating dietary needs and special requests.
• Be flexible with changing schedules, overnight stays, and unexpected reroutes.
• Stay alert for unusual behavior or potential threats and report accordingly.
• Know the aircraft layout inside and out, including emergency exits and equipment.
• Deliver announcements clearly and in multiple languages when needed.

Preferred:

• Comfortable demonstrating safety procedures and ensuring passenger compliance with regulations.
• Pays attention to grooming, uniform standards, and representing the airline brand professionally.
• Knows how to handle medical situations calmly and escalate appropriately to crew or medical personnel.
• Understands the importance of teamwork, punctuality, and efficiency in flight operations.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is highly valued.
