We’re hiring a Dental Assistant who brings more than just clinical skill — you bring heart, presence, and trust to every patient interaction. You’ll be the friendly face that greets nervous patients and helps them feel safe before a single tool is picked up. You’ll assist during procedures with sharp attention and smooth timing — no need to be told twice. From taking X-rays to passing instruments mid-procedure, you’ll be right where you need to be, every time. You’ll know what’s needed before anyone has to ask, because your intuition is practically psychic. You’ll treat every patient like family — whether they’re coming in for a cleaning or something more complex. You’ll track procedures, update charts, and keep meticulous records that make follow-up smooth and accurate. You’ll manage sterilization like a pro, following protocol to the letter because safety is non-negotiable. You’ll enter notes accurately, update charts efficiently, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cleanliness, or patient experience.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as instructed, ensuring proper positioning, safety measures, and image clarity.
• Assist in creating a safe, professional, and positive environment that patients feel comfortable returning to.
• Help maintain dental equipment such as autoclaves, suction systems, curing lights, and chairs—reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and office staff as a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent care.

Preferred:

• Can manage front desk duties when needed, including scheduling, billing, and verifying insurance.
• Values cleanliness, reliability, and clear communication in healthcare settings.
• Able to prepare and organize dental instruments, trays, and materials before each appointment.
• Able to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment throughout the day.
• Pays close attention to detail when assisting with procedures and documenting outcomes.
