Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Intern to join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment team — perfect for someone who’s organized, energetic, and eager to learn how online orders get out the door. You’ll begin by supporting the check-in of cargo shipments, matching airway bills to packages, and preparing items for scanning and clearance. You’ll assist in receiving refrigerated or frozen goods, verifying product integrity, and checking temperatures upon arrival. You’ll help pick and pack overnight orders, prepping them for early-morning courier pickups or dispatch. You’ll be trained to follow clear routines — organizing bins, labeling shelves, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. You’ll work alongside customs staff and logistics agents, learning how to prepare export and import documentation correctly. You’ll learn how to inspect products for damage, expiration, or mismatch before they’re stored or shipped. You’ll be part of regular cycle counts, learning how inventory is tracked and discrepancies are resolved. You’ll assist in cleaning and sanitizing storage units and workstations to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Check product quality and match items to orders before packing or dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Be flexible when priorities shift—orders, shipments, and inventory needs can change fast.
• Prepare shipping documents, barcodes, and tracking labels accurately for outgoing shipments.
• Comply with all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards.

• Values reliability, accuracy, and teamwork in operational environments.
• Understands the importance of order fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Follows safety procedures when handling goods, especially heavy, fragile, or hazardous items.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions clearly and complete daily task lists without constant supervision.
• Familiar with packing requirements for fragile, perishable, or international shipments.

You’ll help track packaging supply levels like tape, boxes, and labels — and restock them when running low. You’ll get used to dressing in layers, working in short rotations, and taking warming breaks as needed to stay safe and sharp. You’ll gain exposure to food safety rules, expiry tracking, and first-in-first-out (FIFO) systems used in cold logistics. You’ll help load and stage outbound orders for refrigerated trucks with attention to timing and temperature requirements.
