Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into elegant design solutions. You’ll conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather valuable insights and improve designs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the design system is consistent across all platforms and devices, creating cohesive experiences. You’ll design and implement solutions for mobile and web applications, ensuring usability and a seamless experience across all platforms. You’ll create and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across products and aligning with brand guidelines. You’ll ensure that designs are fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support multiple projects at once while maintaining design integrity, deadlines, and internal standards.
• Help identify UX pain points in live products and propose thoughtful, user-centric improvements.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are baked into every screen, from color contrast to keyboard navigation.
• Create handoff-ready files and documentation that make implementation smooth for frontend developers.
• Test and validate design concepts through usability testing, A/B testing, or analytics review—UX is never done, it evolves.

Preferred:

• Can manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Able to iterate designs based on real-time feedback and product updates.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Organized with design file naming, version control, and clear handoffs to developers.
• Wants to grow into roles like Product Designer, UX Researcher, or Design Lead.
