Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help optimize our digital workspace and improve team collaboration. You’ll be responsible for organizing and structuring Notion workspaces, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate. You’ll create custom templates, dashboards, and databases to support team workflows and ensure smooth project management. You’ll collaborate with team members to understand their needs and customize the workspace to enhance collaboration and communication. You’ll maintain a clear and organized structure for all documents, tasks, and projects, ensuring easy access for everyone. You’ll assist in setting up project boards, task tracking systems, and communication channels within Notion. You’ll work with different teams to integrate Notion with other productivity tools, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll maintain a structured, organized system, ensuring that all documentation, files, and links are up to date and easy to find.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use icons, toggles, dividers, and embeds thoughtfully to balance function and aesthetic appeal.
• Help migrate data from other tools (e.g., Trello, Airtable, Asana, Google Docs) into Notion without losing structure or usability.
• Document processes, SOPs, and onboarding materials directly within Notion for easy access and future team reference.
• Design and structure efficient Notion workspaces tailored to individual, team, or business needs—using databases, templates, and custom views.
• Continuously update and maintain the system to adapt to team growth, evolving goals, or new Notion features.

Preferred:

• Able to design clean, user-friendly layouts using columns, toggles, embeds, and callouts.
• Enjoys building systems that reduce chaos and help teams focus on what matters.
• Can organize large amounts of information into easy-to-navigate pages and categories.
• Proficient in Notion with experience creating databases, pages, and custom dashboards.
• Background or interest in digital organization, operations, project management, or productivity systems.

You’ll track the workspace’s usage, providing reports on how effectively it supports team collaboration and project management.
