Description:
We’re looking for an HR Specialist Trainee who’s ready to learn the art and science of recruiting — no prior experience needed, just strong communication skills, empathy, and an eye for potential. No experience needed — just strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn how hiring really works. We’ll teach you how to evaluate resumes quickly, spot key qualifications, and identify hidden potential in candidates. You’ll help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to final offer. Expect to sit in on interviews, observe how hiring decisions are made, and learn what makes a candidate stand out. You’ll get familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and databases used to manage recruiting workflows. You’ll help maintain candidate pipelines, track progress, and make sure no one falls through the cracks. Expect to support internal hiring reports, keep databases organized, and track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire. We’ll guide you through creating great candidate experiences, even when you’re sending a rejection.
Basic Qualifications:
