Join us as a Musician / Composer Trainee and start shaping soundscapes that move, inspire, and tell stories — no prior experience required, just musical curiosity and ambition. You’ll assist in composing music for short videos, podcasts, ads, and digital platforms under the guidance of senior composers. We’ll teach you how to structure your compositions for mood, pacing, and storytelling impact. You’ll learn to arrange layers, write simple melodies, and experiment with harmonies and textures. Expect to work in digital audio workstations, learning how to arrange, layer, and export professional audio tracks. You’ll sit in on sound reviews, understand client briefs, and adapt music to fit different tones and timings. You’ll be surrounded by other creatives — editors, illustrators, writers — and your sound will complete their visions. You’ll learn how to keep compositions tight, emotionally rich, and sonically balanced. You’ll learn how to compose music that communicates without words — just rhythm, texture, and tone.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all music meets licensing, copyright, and usage standards as needed.
• Respect feedback from clients or collaborators, even if it challenges your style.
• Sync music to visuals by hitting emotional beats, pacing, or transitions accurately.
• Deliver final files in required formats and naming conventions without delay.
• Experiment with styles, genres, and tools to keep your sound evolving and fresh.

Preferred:

• Able to read and write sheet music or create MIDI-based compositions with professional sound libraries.
• Familiar with copyright, licensing, and royalty processes for original compositions.
• Willing to edit, revise, or re-orchestrate compositions based on feedback or changing needs.
• Values creativity, technical skill, and emotional intelligence in the writing process.
• Experience composing original pieces for film, games, advertising, or live performance.
