Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our online store. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images are displayed. You’ll assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling any customer inquiries related to deliveries or product issues. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and properly labeled for customers to purchase. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotions, special offers, and product launches for increased sales. You’ll collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and other marketing strategies for online sales. You’ll help optimize product pages for better user experience and increased conversion rates. You’ll update product categories and assist in organizing the website for a streamlined shopping experience for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track and report on store performance metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment using Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints via email or platform messages, maintaining a helpful and professional tone.
• Support influencer or affiliate campaigns by generating discount codes or tracking links, and reporting results.
• Ultimately, support smooth e-commerce operations so that customers get what they want, when they want it—without surprises.
• Maintain internal documentation like product catalogs, SKU sheets, supplier contact lists, and SOPs for key tasks.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable for product tracking and order management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, organized, and detail-driven remote environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with daily checklists for shop maintenance tasks.
• Able to assist with customer inquiries, order status updates, and basic returns or refunds.
• Familiar with managing product listings on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or Amazon.

You’ll stay updated on e-commerce trends, ensuring that the online store remains competitive and meets customer needs.
