Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who treats every message like an opportunity to make someone’s day. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers turn to when they have questions, concerns, or feedback. Your goal isn’t just to fix issues — it’s to leave people feeling genuinely cared for. You’ll answer support tickets, resolve technical problems, and turn frustration into satisfaction. No scripts — just smart, human conversations that leave people feeling heard and supported. You’ll manage multiple conversations at once without dropping the ball or losing your cool. We value patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure, even when things get hectic. You’ll be a bridge between customers and our internal teams, turning feedback into action. You’ll manage your time well, balancing responsiveness with attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications:

• Troubleshoot product or service issues by walking customers through steps, offering solutions, or escalating to technical teams when needed.
• Contribute to support documentation and SOPs so processes remain consistent, scalable, and easy to onboard new team members.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing urgent tickets with longer-term support projects or training.
• Track and manage customer requests using helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot to ensure follow-through and resolution.
• Monitor support channels and ticket queues throughout the day to maintain fast and consistent response times.

Preferred:

• Experience preparing customer-facing guides, FAQs, or help center content is a plus.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms to log customer info, conversations, and issue history.
• Enjoys helping people and making a positive impact on customer experience.
• Wants to grow into roles like Customer Success Manager, QA Specialist, or Support Lead.
• Willing to escalate issues when necessary and follow through on resolution timelines.
