We’re hiring a Taxi Driver who takes pride in providing safe, reliable, and respectful service — someone who knows the city well and enjoys helping people get where they need to go. You’ll pick up passengers from hotels, stations, and landmarks, helping them navigate an unfamiliar city with confidence and ease. You’ll greet every rider with courtesy, assist with luggage when needed, and maintain a calm, professional attitude throughout each trip. You’ll drive responsibly, avoiding risky shortcuts and always prioritizing safety over speed. You’ll assist passengers with bags, offer water or amenities if needed, and make stops when appropriate on longer rides. You’ll keep your vehicle clean, comfortable, and ready for every trip, with good air flow, working seatbelts, and a welcoming interior. You’ll use GPS or personal knowledge to stay accurate and efficient, especially when handling language barriers or foreign addresses. You’ll accept various payment methods, issue receipts when requested, and handle fare questions with clarity and patience. You’ll handle unexpected situations — like lost items, reroutes, or tough conversations — with maturity and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide friendly, respectful service while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when demand is high.
• Handle emergencies calmly, knowing when to pull over, call for help, or reroute if needed.
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to dispatch or management promptly.
• Keep vehicle fueled, serviced, and in good mechanical condition through regular maintenance.

Preferred:

• Strong knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, shortcuts, and major landmarks.
• Can maintain logs, mileage reports, and ride history accurately when required by local regulations.
• Understands the importance of punctuality, reliability, and passenger trust.
• Able to remain calm, patient, and polite with all types of passengers, including tourists, elderly, or non-native speakers.
• Open to taking on corporate clients, tourist routes, or working with ride-sharing services.
