Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things moving — fast, smooth, and with zero drama. You’ll be the go-to person for every shipment in, every product out, and everything in between. You’ll oversee a lean team, balancing productivity, safety, and calm leadership in a low-noise, high-focus environment. You’ll be responsible for inbound receiving, late outbound prep, inventory accuracy, and overnight staging. You’ll monitor KPIs closely — including order accuracy, pick rate, dock-to-stock time, and inventory shrink. You’ll coach your team like a leader, not a boss — pushing for performance while keeping morale high. When issues arise — from delays to equipment glitches — you’ll troubleshoot calmly and decisively. You’ll make sure safety isn’t just a checklist — it’s baked into how your warehouse runs, from day one. You’ll collaborate with procurement, transportation, and sales to keep communication seamless.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain documentation for inbound shipments, inventory records, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Create SOPs and training materials to onboard new hires and support cross-training within the warehouse team.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and other regulatory standards to maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
• Support warehouse software rollouts or upgrades by training staff and ensuring data integrity throughout transitions.
• Lead by example—demonstrating accountability, clear communication, and hands-on problem-solving during peak periods.

Preferred:

• Knows how to handle seasonal volume changes or urgent orders with minimal disruption.
• Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
• Can lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL coordination if needed.
• Familiar with inventory control systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse management software (WMS).
