Description:

We’re hiring a passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity of our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You’ll design a wide range of assets, including websites, social media graphics, print materials, and presentations. You’ll develop design concepts for various campaigns, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards. You’ll work with brand guidelines to ensure that all designs are consistent and align with the company’s vision and voice. You’ll create visually appealing layouts for email templates, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing collateral. You’ll collaborate with the content team to produce visual elements that enhance messaging and storytelling across all media. You’ll stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating fresh ideas into your work to keep designs modern and relevant.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle light copy adjustments when needed (e.g., spacing, tone tweaks) and flag issues that impact design balance.
• Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently—iterating quickly without sacrificing creativity.
• Communicate async via tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, or Loom—remote design is about clarity, not just creativity.
• Collaborate with developers or content teams to ensure design handoff is clean and understandable.
• Ultimately, help the brand *look* as great as it *is*—through visuals that inspire, inform, and connect.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working within brand guidelines or creating them from scratch.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
• Open to learning new tools, plugins, or trends to improve workflow.
• Values clarity, creativity, and strategy in design work.
• Can confidently present design ideas and explain decisions to non-designers.

You’ll provide the team with high-quality final assets, ensuring that designs are ready for print or digital distribution.
