We’re looking for a Remote Onboarding Specialist who thrives on helping people feel prepared, welcomed, and valued from day one. Your mission will be to craft an onboarding experience that’s smooth, engaging, and genuinely helpful — not just a checklist of tasks. Whether it's prepping equipment shipments or coordinating intro calls, you’ll handle it all with care and clarity. From tools access to team intros, you’ll handle the details that make the difference between “confused” and “confident. You’ll schedule kickoff calls, coordinate orientation materials, and keep everyone in the loop (without overwhelming them). Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Slack, Zoom, BambooHR, Gusto, or custom dashboards to automate and streamline onboarding tasks.
• Coordinate equipment shipments, account setups, and software permissions (even if you don’t do the IT part, you’ll track it).
• Be proactive—anticipate what new hires might need before they ask and get ahead of potential issues.
• Schedule team introductions, mentorship pairings, or social calls to help new hires connect and build relationships quickly.
• Coordinate welcome emails, training schedules, system access, and intro calls to ensure a smooth first week experience.

Preferred:

• Excited to welcome new teammates and ensure they start off confident and connected.
• Experience guiding new hires or clients through onboarding processes remotely.
• Understands the unique needs of remote hires and how to make onboarding engaging.
• Enjoys creating structure and helping others feel informed and connected.
• Comfortable managing checklists, documents, and introductions for multiple people at once.
