Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who understands that great design isn’t just visual — it’s how a space makes you feel, think, and behave. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their habits, tastes, and needs, translating them into spaces that feel both personal and functional. You’ll lead residential projects from concept to final styling, guiding layouts, finishes, furnishings, and lighting plans. We’ll rely on your ability to bring warmth and clarity to interiors — creating rooms that feel effortless, yet thoughtfully composed. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and branding experts to ensure cohesion from concept to reality. You’ll select materials that are as practical as they are beautiful, ensuring comfort, durability, and long-term enjoyment. You’ll coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installers to bring every detail of your vision to life. You’ll be responsible for space planning, zoning, and navigating codes and accessibility requirements. You’ll also help clients see possibilities they never imagined — then show them how to make it real.

Basic Qualifications:

• Attend site visits regularly to check progress and troubleshoot issues early.
• Balance aesthetics with practicality—beautiful spaces still need to function day to day.
• Design with emotion—spaces should tell stories, create comfort, and inspire those who live or work in them.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to bring designs to life on-site.
• Document and organize your projects for portfolio use and future client references.

Preferred:

• Enjoys transforming interiors into environments that inspire comfort, productivity, or emotion.
• Familiar with sustainable design practices, eco-friendly materials, and green certification guidelines.
• Organized with tracking revisions, sourcing materials, and updating project timelines.
• Willing to create custom furniture or fixture specifications when needed to enhance space personalization.
• Comfortable working within space planning, lighting design, and furniture layout principles.
