Description:
We’re hiring a Truck Driver who knows that delivering freight isn’t just about getting from A to B — it’s about doing it safely, reliably, and with pride. You may be new to trucking, but if you respect the road, stay alert behind the wheel, and want to learn how logistics really works — we’re ready to train you. You’ll ride with experienced long-haul drivers, see real loading docks, truck stops, tight schedules, and how pros handle the unexpected calmly. You’ll get familiar with route planning, weather checks, fuel strategy, and rest stops — because long-haul driving is 50% logistics, 50% discipline. You’ll learn how to drive safely with cargo, back into tight loading zones, manage time windows, and avoid the most common mistakes made by rookies. You’ll work alongside senior drivers, joining real routes, watching how things are done, and getting your hands on the process without pressure. You’ll learn how to manage your time, take legal rest breaks, and never rush a job at the cost of safety — or your health. You’ll be trained in safety protocols, weight limits, road signs, and how to navigate industrial areas with confidence, not fear. You’ll get experience with both highway and rural roads, wide loads and tight docks, quiet stretches and border crossings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Secure all necessary permits or documentation when crossing state or national borders (for cross-border or intermodal trucking).
- Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, fuel, and deliveries using ELD systems or paper logs as required by law.
- Maintain professionalism and reliability—showing up on time and representing the company well at each stop.
- Ultimately, deliver goods safely, on time, and with care—because supply chains depend on drivers who take pride in every mile.
- Adhere to company policies regarding fuel usage, load handling, and delivery confirmation protocols.
Preferred:
- Capable of keeping detailed and accurate trip reports, fuel receipts, and maintenance logs.
- Willing to report mechanical issues and assist with basic troubleshooting on the road.
- Respects safety rules, traffic laws, and loading dock protocols at all times.
- Wants to grow into roles like Fleet Supervisor, Driver Trainer, or Owner-Operator.
- Comfortable driving in varying weather, road, and traffic conditions.
Benefits:
- Home time that’s respected, not "pending dispatch approval."
- We listen — driver feedback actually changes things here.
- We plan schedules with your sleep and sanity in mind — not just delivery time.
- No-touch freight options — because your job is driving, not heavy lifting.
- Modern, well-maintained trucks with the features drivers actually want.
You’ll take care of your truck — inside and out — because your rig is your second workspace, and we respect that. You’ll drive through early mornings, long stretches, and bad weather — and do it with the focus and maturity of someone who takes the job seriously. You’ll follow rest schedules, avoid burnout, and drive responsibly — because safety matters more than speed. You’ll be part of a company that promotes from within — many of our senior drivers, team leads, and dispatchers started in this very program. You’ll take pride in every clean delivery, every on-time arrival, every mile driven the right way — and we’ll notice it. You’ll grow from trainee to trusted driver — not overnight, but steadily, mile by mile, with real experience and a solid team behind you. You’ll go home tired, but proud — knowing that what you moved helped someone build, sell, fix, or feed. If you’re ready to learn, adapt, and earn real respect in your new life — we’re ready to help you take the wheel.
