We’re on the lookout for a TikTok Content Creator who lives and breathes the platform. We’re not just talking about someone who scrolls — we need someone who can spot trends before they even hit their peak. You’ll be filming, editing, scripting (a little), and obsessing over views. If your camera roll is full of drafts you never posted, we want to see them. This role moves as fast as TikTok itself, so you need to be fast, creative, and ready to adapt. You’ll work to create content that shows up on the For You page in unique and attention-grabbing ways. ” Great — we’re hiring. Forget perfection — it’s all about being real, creative, and timely. TikTok is a whole new language, and we want someone who speaks it fluently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use TikTok’s built-in features like text overlays, effects, and green screen to add flair.
• Test different posting times, hooks, and video structures to see what performs best.
• Edit footage with snappy cuts, music, filters, and captions to keep viewers watching to the end.
• Track performance of each video to see what’s working and why—then iterate fast.
• Engage with comments, stitch trending videos, and interact with the TikTok community to grow organically.

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of camera angles, lighting, and audio for mobile video shoots.
• Enjoys interacting with comments and building a sense of community with followers.
• Comfortable using mobile editing tools like CapCut or InShot to enhance video quality.
• Currently studying or interested in digital media, communication, or entertainment.
• Enjoys experimenting with text overlays, voiceovers, or trending sound snippets.
