Description:

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, creative-thinking Etsy Shop Manager to help run and grow our online storefront with style and strategy. You’ll be the central force behind our Etsy storefront — updating listings, improving visibility, and handling day-to-day logistics. You’ll write persuasive, well-formatted descriptions that highlight product benefits and tell a cohesive brand story. You’ll manage product availability, restocks, and shipping timelines while keeping everything running on schedule. You’ll coordinate product launches, manage inventory, and monitor orders from start to finish. You’ll optimize product listings using Etsy SEO best practices and track performance through the platform’s analytics. You’ll be our first line of communication with customers — solving problems, answering questions, and building loyalty. You’ll regularly review Etsy insights and turn data into ideas for how to improve sales and visibility. You’ll collaborate with creators or suppliers to coordinate inventory, photoshoots, or product launches.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage shop branding, including visuals, policies, announcements, and the “About” section, to reflect a consistent and trustworthy image.
• Monitor and maintain shop reviews and ratings—follow up with happy buyers and address negative feedback constructively.
• Handle shop inventory, variations, and pricing structures in an organized, scalable way.
• Oversee the daily operations of an Etsy store—managing listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Stay current on Etsy algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and marketplace policies.

Preferred:

• Can help manage reviews, request feedback, and handle customer concerns proactively.
• Has experience tracking analytics like visits, conversion rate, and revenue trends.
• Excited to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Brand Strategist, or Product Creator.
• Familiar with policies around returns, disputes, and Etsy seller standards.
• Understands the unique balance between creativity and analytics in running an Etsy shop.
