Description:

We’re seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the logistics process from suppliers to customers, ensuring that all goods are shipped on time. Deadlines are your comfort zone, and juggling multiple tasks doesn’t scare you — it energizes you. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll work closely with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to make sure nothing gets lost in translation (or transit). You thrive under pressure and handle last-minute changes with a calm, solutions-first mindset. You’ll track and resolve any shipping issues, working with relevant stakeholders to address delays or discrepancies. You love spreadsheets, but you also know when a quick phone call gets results faster. You’ll monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Adapt to unexpected situations calmly—logistics involves moving targets, and flexibility is essential.
  • Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations accurately and on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and logistics partners to negotiate better terms and ensure priority handling.
  • Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
  • Participate in process audits and help document logistics workflows to improve future operations.

Preferred:

  • Pays close attention to details like delivery dates, tracking numbers, and documentation accuracy.
  • Understands the basics of supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Can assist in forecasting logistics needs for upcoming launches or seasonal peaks.
  • Background or interest in logistics, supply chain, operations, or business support.
  • Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.

Benefits:

  • Team rituals include daily ops check-ins, weekly wins, and monthly “how did *that* get delivered?” stories.
  • Your calm energy keeps teams, trucks, and timelines aligned.
  • You’ll have visibility into inventory, order flow, and what’s coming next — you're in the loop, not the dark.
  • You’ll build real relationships with shippers, 3PLs, customs agents, and fulfillment partners.
  • We celebrate on-time arrivals, fast reroutes, and those “crisis averted” moments you quietly handled.

We’re not just moving boxes — we’re moving value, and your role is critical in that mission. You know how to follow procedures, but you’re also not afraid to suggest a smarter way. You’ll stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure that all logistics operations comply with industry standards and legal guidelines. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner. You’ll stay updated with logistics technology and industry trends, utilizing the latest tools to optimize processes. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to smooth logistics operations. We want someone who’s proactive, analytical, and ready to take ownership of the logistics process. If the words “on time” and “under budget” make you smile, you’ll love it here.
