Description:

We’re hiring a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s passionate about creativity, obsessed with storytelling, and excited to learn how content is crafted across formats — no experience needed, just ideas and motivation. You’ll assist in developing scripts, music cues, visual plans, and production timelines for different types of content. We’ll teach you how to organize production timelines, prepare equipment, and support pre-production tasks. You’ll help organize shoot days, prep audio setups, adjust lighting, and assist with camera operation or direction. Expect to help with editing audio and video, trimming footage, syncing sound, and adjusting color or effects. You’ll get comfortable using tools like Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, Audacity, or CapCut for editing and refinement. We’ll guide you through structuring short-form content, intro hooks, pacing, and audience retention techniques. You’ll learn how to add music, sound design, or branding elements that bring content to life. You’ll also learn how to optimize exports and formats depending on each platform’s unique requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creative ambition with logistical reality—you can’t shoot a volcano if there’s no volcano.
• Celebrate the wins, study the flops, and keep producing content people actually want to watch or hear.
• Deliver work on time, on budget, and without burning out the team in the process.
• Scout locations, book talent, and secure gear or licenses needed for filming or recording.
• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.

Preferred:

• Organized with file structure, content calendars, release schedules, and version tracking.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Logic Pro, Ableton, or project management platforms like Notion or Trello.
• Willing to conduct casting, location scouting, studio bookings, or gear rentals as needed.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Creative Director, or Head of Content.
• Capable of coordinating post-production including editing, color grading, mixing, mastering, or captioning.

You’ll strengthen your creative instincts, technical skills, and ability to deliver under tight timelines. By the end of the traineeship, you’ll understand how to move from concept to content, across sound and visuals.
