Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Figma Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user interfaces for digital products. You’ll be responsible for designing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma for various platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure the design vision is effectively executed. You’ll ensure that all designs are user-friendly, consistent, and aligned with the project’s objectives and user needs. You’ll design scalable design systems, components, and layouts to ensure consistency across all projects. You’ll iterate on your designs based on user feedback and usability testing, constantly improving the user experience. You’ll work with developers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback, refining and improving user interfaces to meet client needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Set up interactive prototypes to demonstrate animations, transitions, and logic flows between screens for stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn wireframes and requirements into polished UI mockups and clickable prototypes.
- Stay consistent with brand guidelines while still pushing visual creativity and improving user experience.
- Use Figma features like variants, interactive components, and constraints to build scalable, responsive designs.
- Adapt design output to support localization, dark mode, or platform-specific UI conventions.
Preferred:
- Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-rich, and detail-oriented creative environment.
- Pays close attention to accessibility, contrast, and color usage in interface design.
- Can create design documentation, style guides, or visual specs within Figma.
- Experience building responsive designs for web and mobile breakpoints.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, or product managers.
Benefits:
- We provide design systems, clear briefs, and full creative trust — your decisions shape the UI.
- Every Figma file you touch will be tidy, purposeful, and documented — your future self will thank you.
- We support your growth — courses, UI kits, design challenges, and professional development are on us.
- You’ll collaborate with developers, PMs, and copywriters — your files will be clean, smart, and deeply appreciated.
- We celebrate great autolayout, organized layers, and naming systems that don’t require a PhD.
You’ll collaborate with other designers to provide feedback and refine designs to create polished, high-quality outputs. You’ll assist in preparing assets for development, providing specifications and assets that ensure smooth implementation by developers. You’ll organize and manage Figma files, ensuring that they are easy to navigate and collaborate on with team members. You’ll assist in designing elements for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products while ensuring optimal usability. You’ll ensure that your designs are accessible, making it easy for all users to interact with your designs. You’ll provide support to junior designers and help maintain an efficient design process across the team. This remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful digital projects. If you’re passionate about design, creativity, and using Figma to create excellent user experiences, we want you on our team.
