Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, not just close deals. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close, doing it all remotely with confidence and clarity. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage a diverse pipeline, follow up with leads across multiple channels, and guide prospects through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity. You’re great at identifying needs, explaining value, and handling objections without sounding rehearsed. You know how to balance active listening with persuasive communication, and you’re just as comfortable sending a well-crafted email as you are jumping on a quick call. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. CRM hygiene? You thrive in a results-driven environment but never lose sight of the human side of sales.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
  • Listen to client needs and tailor your pitch to show how our solution solves their real problems—not just deliver a canned demo.
  • Work closely with team leads to refine your pitch, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and energy, whether on a cold call or closing Zoom call.
  • Stay on top of trends in the industry to keep your pitch relevant and sharp.

Preferred:

  • Background or interest in business, communication, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
  • Enjoys learning about client pain points and positioning offers that match.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Developer.
  • Experience in outbound or inbound sales, customer outreach, or lead generation.
  • Familiar with using spreadsheets, task boards, or sales dashboards for tracking progress.
