Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who’s ready to start fresh — no experience required, just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people feel welcome. You’ll greet guests with a smile, guide them through the menu, and answer questions with clarity and enthusiasm. You’ll take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them quickly, and double-check that each item is correct before it reaches the table. You’ll stay attentive without hovering, offering refills, checking in at the right times, and clearing dishes efficiently. You’ll learn the menu thoroughly so you can explain dishes, suggest pairings, and answer allergy or ingredient questions with confidence. You’ll clear plates promptly, assist with dessert or coffee orders, and keep the flow smooth from start to finish. You’ll communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are smooth and timing is spot-on. You’ll coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and hosts to keep communication fluid and orders timely. You’ll follow all hygiene and safety standards, treating each shift with professionalism and responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist coworkers during peak hours, whether by running food or helping reset tables.
• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.
• Support host staff and bussers when needed to keep the dining flow smooth.
• Upsell appetizers, drinks, or desserts when appropriate to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout your shift.

Preferred:

• Willing to learn menu changes, daily specials, and promotional offerings quickly.
• Enjoys making people feel welcome and contributing to a memorable dining experience.
• Comfortable with multitasking and remaining composed during peak service hours.
• Pays close attention to special dietary needs, allergies, or custom requests from guests.
• Familiar with processing payments, splitting bills, and handling cash, card, or mobile transactions accurately.
