Description:

We’re seeking a Hairdresser who brings both technical skill and a warm personality — someone who makes clients feel at ease while delivering consistently beautiful results. You’ll perform a wide range of services, including cuts, color, highlights, styling, and hair treatments for all hair types and textures. You’ll begin each session with a thoughtful consultation, focusing not just on looks but on lifestyle and hair health. You’ll offer honest recommendations, respecting each client’s preferences while guiding them toward the best possible result. You’ll be responsible for maintaining your station, sterilizing tools, and keeping the environment clean and welcoming for all guests. You’ll stay current on new trends and professional products, experimenting with styles that keep your work modern and exciting. You’ll maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at your station. You’ll take before-and-after photos (with permission) and help us showcase the great work you do on social media or in-salon displays. You’ll manage your schedule, respect client time, and handle appointments efficiently with the support of our front desk team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Promote new services, loyalty programs, or seasonal offers to boost client engagement.
• Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, or clippers with precision and care.
• Participate in staff meetings or workshops to improve service quality and team coordination.
• Stay up to date with current hair trends, styles, and techniques through training or social platforms.
• Offer additional services such as scalp treatments, deep conditioning, or keratin smoothing as needed.

Preferred:

• Able to recommend styles, treatments, or products based on hair condition and face shape.
• Organized with scheduling, product inventory, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
• Open to training in new techniques, certifications, or brand-specific product lines.
• Proficient in using professional tools such as scissors, clippers, blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons.
• Familiar with current hair trends, classic techniques, and salon-quality finishing standards.
